UK: Mecca’s Grand Mosque imam visiting Banbury to give a speech

Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais is the imam of the Grand Mosque in the Islam holy city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia and leads more than two million followers in prayer during the annual pilgrimage there.

He will visit Banbury Town Hall this evening from 7pm to give a speech alongside Tony Baldry MP and other community figures, but he is not unfamiliar with controversy.

He has previously been called an antisemite for publicly praying to God to ‘terminate’ Jews and as a result has been barred from conferences in America and been refused entry to Canada.

The sheikh will speak in Arabic, with his speech being translated into English.

Town councillor Alyas Ahmed has helped arrange the visit and said: “It is for all the community, we want as many people as possible to attend, of all religions and beliefs.”

History of Jews is full of deception, trickery, rebellion, oppression, evil and corruption. They always seek to cause mischief on the earth and Allaah loves not the mischief-makers.

This guy has been awarded the Islamic Personality of the Year:

In 2005 Al-Sudais was named by the Dubai International Holy Quran Award (DIHQA) Organising Committee as its 9th annual “Islamic Personality Of the Year” in recognition for his devotion to the Quran and Islam.^[1] When accepting his award in Dubai, he said: “The message of Islam and Muslims is modesty, fairness, security, stability, sympathy, harmony and kindness.”^[5]

Thank God Allah… Islam’s message is one of kindness, because if not, what would this guy have said about evil Jooooozzzzzzz!

Anyway, the Islamic Thinkers Society (Wikipedia: they want the Global Caliphate and oppose US, Christianity and culture and specially homosexuality, which they see as “Western”… what thinkers) has not a very well opinion of this guy:

Abdurahman as Sudais is famously known for his recitation as the state-appointed preacher at the Grand Mosque in Mecca. He is misusing the pulpit at Haram, as he slanders the Mujahideen As Qutaa at Turooq [ Highway Bandits], theives, Khawarij,etc. Like his colleagues, he has been calling for muwalaat to the Tawagheet in Arabia, & at one time so strongly that he referred as dying in a state of not giving baiyaah to them(the Saudi apostate rulers) as death in a state of Jahiliyyah. He further enraged the concious of the masses by using the pulpit in the Holy Haram to make Duaa for the good & well being of the Taghoot, and against the Mujahideen. Furthermore he has recently started to negate knowingly those aspects of the Deen that calls for casting fear in the enemies of Allah or showing bara’ to them. He laments about the deaths of “innocent” civilians but does not make a peep about the countless Muslims who have died as a result of aggression from the enemies of in our times (only Allah SWT knows the number). We have a message for him and people like him: Fear Allah, you recite the verses saying that every Muslim must protect his brothers and sisters yet you do not even denounce the massacres of the enemies of Islam with your tongue. Where were you when 1 million Iraqi babies died from radioactive fallout as a result of the Gulf War? He is a man who is blinded by his allegiance to the murtadeen of the Saudi government and sells out the Muslims for the sake of his government paycheck.

Oops… his invectives against the Jooozzzzzzz are not the only requirement to be considered by some Islamists as a pure Muslim. Lord, this world is difficult!
