Spain: examining new GITMO inmates

This is an update on this story:

Spanish intelligence services are analysing the history of 7 new inmates from GITMO, who could end living in Spain, after 4 out 5 presented before were deemed dangerous for national security, according to sources from Counter-terrorism. In the new group there are three Syrians, 2 Lybians and other 2 Palestinians.

(…) In the category of “legal situation”, it appears that everyone of them are “cleared for release”, that is, there are no charges against them and therefore, they should be freed.
